401 Logan is now a thriving, inclusive community and home to over 50 artists and creative enterprises. Our diverse tenants in high-tech, architecture, and design, artist studios/galleries, not-for-profit, and health & fitness create a vibrant ecosystem within the building and bring vital services to the Leslieville neighbourhood.

F45
STUDIO 119: F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. The F45 workout focus on whole-body movements — think lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting — that provide your full body balanced strength. You'll get a healthy mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training every week. Founded in 2011, DWA has always maintained a sharp eye on the state of the profession, current technologies, and the evolving role of the architect and designer.
Design Workshop Architects
STUDIO 103: Design Workshop Architects is an architecture, design, and art practice. Our multi-dimensional work spans award-winning public art installations, public realm projects, exceptional residential, commercial, and public sector new building, interior and exterior renovations, and various other types of strategy, consulting, and advising roles. We provide design and consulting services to industry-leading clients across the whole life of a project: from preliminary development studies, and planning support, through to design, execution, and into post-construction.

STUDIO 206: DIFUZE is an industry leader in Audiovisual Content. We offer post-production, versioning, closed captioning, descriptive video, and distribution services for all your audiovisual content.
